If services have not been started after payment and within 7 days of purchase.

If there is a delay of more than 15 working days from our side without valid communication or progress updates.

2. When Refunds Are Not Applicable

Once any service work has been initiated, including strategy planning, account setup, post scheduling, or design work.

If delays are caused by the client's failure to provide timely feedback, approvals, or access.

For dissatisfaction with creative preferences after agreed briefing and approvals.
